How to Provide Your Cellular Network Status to Republic Help

Objective

  • Capture current network information to Republic Help at the occurrence of an error or reported issue

Environment

  • Android 7.0 Nougat
  • Android 5.1 Lollipop
  • Open Help ticket

Procedure

  1. Take a screenshot immediately of the error
  2. Open the Settings app
  3. Tap About phone
  4. Tap Status
  5. Tap Phone status
  6. Take a screenshot of Phone status page

Additional Notes

Attach the screenshots, and provide the physical address where the issue occurred in the open Help Ticket
