How to Provide Data Use Records to Republic Help for Samsung Phones

Procedure

  1. Open the Republic App
  2. Tap the white rectangle that says See where your data is going
  3. Take a screenshot of this page
    • Note: It may require more than one screenshot to capture all of the information on this page
  4. Open the Settings app
  5. Tap Connections
  6. Tap Data usage
  7. Tap Mobile data usage
  8. Take a screenshot of this page
    • Note: It may require more than one screenshot to capture all of the information on this page
  9. Attach screenshots to your ticket through the Gmail app, the Outlook app, the Yahoo app, or your preferred email app

Additional Notes

The data usage page will have data usage broken down by app and by date. The top park breaks it down by date, and the bottom part breaks it down by app. Both sections are helpful in determining the cause of cellular data usage.
