  2. Confirm the basic network settings for your phone are configured properly
  3. Ensure Data Saver is off
  4. Power phone off and back on


Data freeze or Data saver has been enabled, or Cellular/Mobile data is off.

Data freeze will block all cell data except for white-listed data
