Data Available but Cannot Access It


  • Data is available but can't access it
  • Can call and text on cell
  • Key icon will be visible in top right of notification bar


  • Republic Wireless 3.0 phones
  • My Choice (4.0) plans
  • Republic App version and higher


  1. Open the Republic Wireless app
  2. Tap Data Tools
  3. Make sure Data Freeze is toggled off


Data freeze has been enabled

Data freeze will block all cell data except for white-listed data
