My Service Canceled Before My Transfer out Completed


  • Telephone number transfer to a different provider did not complete 



  1. Reactivate phone on same Republic account
  2. Cancel any current open transfer requests for your number with the new carrier
  3. Create a ticket requesting telephone number restoration
  4. Confirm restoration is completed by checking your telephone number within the Republic Wireless app or your account management page
  5. Resubmit number transfer with your new provider


  • Service line is deactivated before telephone number transfer completed successfully

  • A telephone number restoration is time sensitive, reach out to Republic Help at earliest convenience regarding this issue via a Help Ticket
