How to Attach a Photo or Screenshot to a Help Ticket From the Account Portal

Objective

  • To attach a photo or screenshot to a Help Ticket  

Environment

  • Republic Wireless 3.0 phones
  • Help tickets where photos or screenshots are requested
  • Photos or screenshots have already been taken
  • Known-good WiFi network connection

Procedure

  1. Sign Into Your My Account Portal
  2. Tap the question mark icon
  3. Locate and tap open Help ticket
  4. Under "Add your response" tap Choose File
    • Tap Files to view recent screenshots or photos
  5. Tap on the photo or screenshot to attach it
  6. Tap Submit your response 

Additional Notes

  • Submit will automatically attach the photo to the ticket and send it to Republic Wireless.
  • If multiple photos need to be attached, you will need to follow steps 4 through 6 for each photo. 
  • If attaching a photo please make sure the format of the file is a .PNG or .JPG file
