Objective
- To attach a photo or screenshot to a Help Ticket
Environment
- All Republic Wireless Phones
- Help tickets where photos or screenshots are requested
- Photos or screenshots have already been taken
- Known-good WiFi network connection
Procedure
- Sign Into Your My Account Portal
- Tap the question mark icon
- Locate and tap open Help ticket
- Under "Add your response" tap Choose File
- Tap Files to view recent screenshots or photos
- Tap on the photo or screenshot to attach it

- Tap Submit your response
Additional Notes
- Submit will automatically attach the photo to the ticket and send it to Republic Wireless.
- If multiple photos need to be attached, you will need to follow steps 4 through 6 for each photo.
- If attaching a photo please make sure the format of the file is a .PNG or .JPG file
