How to View Help Ticket History

Objective

  • To view help ticket history, including closed tickets

Environment

  • Active Republic Wireless account
  • Internet browser on computer/phone

Procedure

  1. Sign into your account portal
  2. Click/tap on account in the top middle of screen 
  3. Click/tap on help tickets on left side of screen
    • In the phone's browser, the option is on the right-hand side
  4. All active tickets will be listed
  5. For closed tickets, click/tap view closed tickets
