Recover Your Republic Wireless Account

Symptoms

  • Account Owner

Resolution

  1. Open a help ticket by emailing help@republicwireless.com from an email you have access to and provide the following information in the email:
      • The name on the account
      • Your Republic Wireless phone number
      • The MEID HEX or IMEI number of a device on the account How to Find the Device ID (IMEI/MEID)
      • Your billing zip code
      • The last 4 digits of the billing credit card currently listed on the account

Additional Notes

Due to Federal Laws, we are only able to assist an account owner with recovery of their account. We will not be able to assist someone reaching out on behalf of the account owner. Who is the Account Owner?
