Objective
- Join a ScreenMeet session initiated by a Republic Help agent
Environment
- ScreenMeet App
- Phones on Android 5.0+
Procedure
If ScreenMeet Is Not Installed
- Download the ScreenMeet Support app from the Play Store
- Open the app and click Cancel when it automatically attempts to connect
- Enter your PIN received via your ticket or given to you by a Republic agent
- Tap GO
- Tap Allow
- Find ScreenMeet in the list of apps and toggle the lever to the right
- The toggle will turn blue
- Tap the back arrow in the upper left
- Tap Start now
- When you're done sharing your screen, tap END and tap END again to end the session
If ScreenMeet Is Installed but Has Not Been Used Before
- Open the app and click Cancel when it automatically attempts to connect
- Enter your PIN received via your ticket or given to you by a Republic agent
- Tap GO
- Tap Allow
- Find ScreenMeet in the list of apps and toggle the lever to the right
- The toggle will turn blue
- Tap the back arrow in the upper left
- Tap Start now
- When you're done sharing your screen, tap END and tap END again to end the session
If ScreenMeet Is Installed and Has Been Used Before
- Open the app and click Cancel when it automatically attempts to connect
- Enter your PIN received via your ticket or given to you by a Republic agent
- Tap GO
- Tap Allow
- Tap Start now
- When you're done sharing your screen, tap END and tap END again to end the session

- You can chat with the Republic Help agent while sharing your screen in the ScreenMeet app
- Accept any prompts that appear on your screen from ScreenMeet
