(Archived) How to Return a Deactivated Phone Within 14 Days of Delivery

 Objective

To submit a return for your new Republic Wireless phone that was delivered within the last 14 days and was

  • Never activated
  • De-activated by activating a different phone to take that same phone number
  • Activated on an account other than the one you ordered the phone from

Environment

Procedure

From a Computer

  1. Sign into My Account
  2. Click Orders, Payments, & Returns
  3. Click the x item link to view your eligible returns
  4. Check the box next to the item(s) you wish to return
  5. Click RETURN X ITEM
  6. Review your return request and the possible refund amount
  7. Once you're ready, click SUBMIT RETURN REQUEST

From a Phone

  1. Sign into My Account
  2. Tap Orders, Payments, & Returns
  3. Tap the x item link to view your eligible returns
  4. Check the box next to the item(s) you wish to return
  5. Tap RETURN X ITEM
  6. Review your return request and the possible refund amount
  7. Once you're ready, tap SUBMIT RETURN REQUEST
