Objective
To submit a return for your new Republic Wireless phone that was delivered within the last 14 days and was
- Never activated
- De-activated by activating a different phone to take that same phone number
- Activated on an account other than the one you ordered the phone from
Environment
Procedure
From a Computer
- Sign into My Account
- Click Orders, Payments, & Returns
- Click the x item link to view your eligible returns
- Check the box next to the item(s) you wish to return
- Click RETURN X ITEM
- Review your return request and the possible refund amount
- Once you're ready, click SUBMIT RETURN REQUEST
From a Phone
- Sign into My Account
- Tap Orders, Payments, & Returns
- Tap the x item link to view your eligible returns
- Check the box next to the item(s) you wish to return
- Tap RETURN X ITEM
- Review your return request and the possible refund amount
- Once you're ready, tap SUBMIT RETURN REQUEST
