No, the DEFY XT can no longer be reactivated on a new or existing account beginning July 22, 2016
Additional Notes
This change had to happen due to the launch of our new activation platform that currently supports our 3.0 phones. We tried our best but could not overcome the technical challenges of supporting reactivation of the DEFY on the new platform
