How to Upload a File to a Republic Wireless Help Ticket From a Computer

Objective

  • To upload a file to a Help Ticket while logged into your account

Environment

  • My Account
  • Help Ticket
  • Desktop/Laptop

Procedure

  1. Under 'Add your response' Click Choose File
  2. Click on the desired picture(s)/video to attach to the email
  3. Click Open to upload the picture
  4. Click Submit your response to send email
