Why Did My Refund Go to a Card That Is No Longer Valid?

Answer

Refunds are processed to the card on which a service bill or order was originally paid. As a result of system limitations, Republic Wireless is unable to process the necessary refund to any updated payment information that may have been provided since that original service bill or order.

Additional Notes

If the card that was used to pay for the original service bill or order has been canceled, you can collect your funds by following the information outlined in How Do I Get My Refund If the Card I Used to Make a Purchase Was Canceled?
