Why Don't I Have the Option To Transfer My Old Number During Activation?



During activation that option would not be available for one of two reasons:

1. There won't be an option to transfer your phone number from another provider to Republic Wireless until after activation with a temporary number.

2.The phone may have been activated on a different account by using a different account email.

Additional Notes

After you create a Republic Wireless Account and have an active phone, you can Transfer Your Number to Republic Wireless

A new account could have been created if a typo was included in the email address
