Number Transfer Rejection Due to a PO Box Address

  1. Confirm the service address on file with your provider
  2. Open the exception email from Republic Wireless
  3. Reply back with the service address


Often times this rejection is seen when a PO Box is submitted to your port order

Additional Notes

If you did not submit a PO Box as the address then contact your carrier to cancel any pending orders you have for the number and reply back to the exception email from Republic Wireless for continued assistance
