  • To split account and use User's email to create a new account

  1. Have the Owner remove User's email by following the steps in this article How to Un-Assign a User
  2. Follow the instructions in this article: How to Move a Phone and Number to a New or Other Account

Additional Notes

  • Keeping the User's email will prevent the User from using this email address to make his/her own account
  • Use the unassigned login credentials in step 1 to create the new account and reactivate the deactivated phone. You will get a Temporary number.

  • FCC regulations require that we get permission from both account owners before the number can be moved
