How to Allow Republic Help to Pull Device Logs


  • To allow Republic Help to pull device logs from a phone for troubleshooting



  1. Ensure that your phone is powered on
  2. A prompt will appear on the phone screen that states "Republic Wireless - Republic Wireless support is requesting logs from your device"
  3. Tap Allow

Additional Notes

This request will only come from Republic Help when there's an open help ticket.  You'll be informed via the open Help Ticket to check your phone for the prompt to allow the logs from your phone
