Symptoms

  • Republic Anywhere application shows a "Not Enrolled" message
  • Unable to send or receive messages

Environment

Resolution

  1. Check https://status.republicwireless.com/ to see if there is a current Republic Anywhere outage
    • If so, wait until the outage is resolved
    • If not, continue with steps 2-4
  2. Power your phone off and on
  3. Connect to WiFi
  4. Reopen the application

Additional Information

If other messaging apps have been in use please ensure Republic Anywhere is set as the default messaging app.
