Republic Anywhere Shows "Not Enrolled" Message

Symptoms

  • Republic Anywhere application shows a "Not Enrolled" message
  • Unable to send or receive messages

Environment

Resolution

If phone being used is active on Republic Wireless:

  1. Check https://status.republicwireless.com/ to see if there is a current Republic Anywhere outage
    • If so, wait until the outage is resolved
    • If not, continue with steps 2-4
  2. Power your phone off and on
  3. Connect to WiFi
  4. Reopen the application

If phone being used is not active on Republic Wireless:

  1. Try accessing messages using Android Messages
    • Note: the Republic Anywhere app will not work without the phone being on an active Republic Wireless account
