How to Turn Moto One Button Nav On or Off

Objective

Toggle one touch nav on or off on applicable Moto smartphones

Environment

  • Moto E4
  • Moto E4 Plus
  • Moto E6
  • Moto G5 Plus
  • Moto G5S Plus
  • Moto X4
  • Moto G6
  • Moto G6 Play
  • Moto G7
  • Moto G7 Play
  • Moto G7 Power
  • Moto Z3 Play
  • Moto Z4

Procedure

  1. From the home screen, swipe up from the bottom of the screen to display your app list
  2. Tap the Moto app; it may be a blue circle with a white diamond or a blue circle with an M
  3. Tap Moto Actions
    • Note: For some phones, you will need to tap Features, first 
  4. Tap the switch on the right next to One button nav. If the switch is grey and to the left, it's turned off, if the switch is blue and to the right, it's currently on
