Can I Change the Time Zone of the Call Records in My Account Portal?

We're sorry to say that the call record timestamps shown in the online account cannot be adjusted to the service area timezone.  All timestamps for call and text records are automatically listed in UTC (Coordinated Universal Time). In general, Universal Coordinated Time is 4 hours ahead of Eastern Time.
