Why Isn't the Number Transfer Option Available for One of My Service Lines?

Environment

  • Transferring a number to Republic Wireless
  • My Account Portal
  • Transfer option is not available
  • Service line is assigned to a user

Answer

A number transfer request can only be submitted by the user that's assigned to the specific service line that is being changed. If the service line is assigned to a user on your account, the user of that service line will need to log into their My Account Portal using the email address.
