When returning your defective phone, please return everything included in the original shipment with the exception of purchased accessories.
The original box is not needed, a we recognize that members may not keep this. If the original charger is missing, a comparable substitute charger in good condition is acceptable.
Please refer to our Return and Replacement Policy for additional information, as well as a breakdown of how damages effect the result of your return credit.
If you have a phone purchased from Republic Wireless that may be defective, please don't return this without first opening a Help ticket for support.
