How to Prepare and Return My Phone

Objective

  • Return my Republic Wireless phone 

Environment

Procedure

  1. Deactivate your phone if it has been activated
  2. Initiate a return in your account portal or open a help ticket to initiate a warranty replacement
  3. Factory reset the phone
    • If the phone cannot power on, or the screen is non-functional, please skip this step
  4. Click on the link in the system-generated return email to print your return shipping label
  5. Package your phone and all of its original components, and place the label on the box
    • Please be sure to remove the protective case and/or screen protector before packaging your phone
    • If your phone has a removable battery, please ensure that it is removed from the phone and placed in the same box, separately from the phone for safety reasons  
  6. Drop off at any FedEx location
