Will I Get a Refund When I Cancel My Choice (4.0) Plan or Annual Plan?

If you are outside of the allowed return period (Money Back Guarantee), you're no longer eligible to receive a refund.

Since we are a prepaid service and being billed is based on the availability of service to be used, not usage, there will not be a prorated bill when you cancel outside the original 14-day Money Back Guarantee.

This also applies to the Annual Payment Option.
