When I Cancel a My Choice (4.0) Plan Will I Be Refunded for Unused Service?

No; if you are outside of the allowed return period, Money Back Guarantee, you're no longer eligible to receive a refund. Since we are a prepaid service and being billed is based on the availability of service to be used, not usage, there will not be a prorated bill when you cancel outside the 14-day money-back guarantee.  This also applies to the Annual Payment Option.
