How to Return a Deactivated Phone Within the Money Back Guarantee

Objective

To submit a return for your new Republic Wireless phone that was delivered within the last 14 days and was

  • Never activated
  • Deactivated by activating a different phone to take that same phone number
  • Activated on an account other than the one you ordered the phone from

Environment

Procedure

  1. Sign into My Account
  2. Click Orders, Payments, & Returns (credit card icon)
    • Note: Any items eligible for return will show on the left
  3. Click the (x) item link to view your eligible returns
  4. Check the box next to the item(s) you wish to return
    • Note: Activated phones are not listed
  5. Click RETURN ITEM
  6. Review the return request and possible refund amount
  7. Click SUBMIT RETURN REQUEST
  8. Check your email for a return shipping label (allow several minutes for processing)
  9. If the phone were powered on and used, factory reset it
  10. Include all items that came in the phone box
  11. Ship the return package as soon as possible to avoid refund delays. Package can be dropped off at any convenient FedEx Location
