Objective
To submit a return for your new Republic Wireless phone that was delivered within the last 14 days and was
- Never activated
- Deactivated
Environment
- Phone orders eligible for Money Back Guarantee
Procedure
- Sign into My Account
- Make sure you're viewing the Orders, Payments, & Returns (credit card icon) tab
- Note: Any items eligible for return will show on the left
- Click the (x) item link to view your eligible returns
- Check the box next to the item(s) you wish to return
- Note: Activated phones are not listed
- Click RETURN ITEM
- Review the return request and possible refund amount
- Click SUBMIT RETURN REQUEST
- Check your email for a return shipping label (allow several minutes for processing)
- If the phone was powered on and used, factory reset it
- Include all items that came in the phone box
- Ship the return package as soon as possible to avoid refund delays. Package can be dropped off at any convenient FedEx Location
