How to Report a Screen Display Issue to Republic Help

Objective

  • To provide pictures of screen display issues or defects to Republic Help

Environment

  • All Republic Wireless phones
  • Phones with screen display issues (dead pixels, lines on screen, etc.)

Procedure

  1. While the display issue is visible, use a separate device (we recommend an alternate phone) to take a picture or a video of the phone's screen, while in good lighting
  2. If possible, place the phone in Recovery Mode and take another picture or video of the screen (whether or not the display issue is visible)
  3. Open a help ticket and attach both photos to your response. See How to Attach a Screenshot to Your Help Ticket Using the Gmail App
