Why Does My Account Show "No Active Service Lines" When I Log In?

When no active phones show on your account when logged in, this typically indicates one of two things:

  • You have recently ordered a phone and have not yet activated
  • You used an alternate email when activating your phone

If the email you are using to log in does not show your currently active service line please open a help ticket including the following information:

  • The full name as listed on the account
  • The 10 digit Republic Wireless phone number
  • The MEID/IMEI number of a device on the account
  • Your billing zip code currently listed on the account
  • The last 4 digits of billing credit card currently listed on the account
