Why Does My Account Show "No Active Phones" When I Log In?



When no active phones show on your account when logged in, this typically indicates one of two things:

  • You haven't activated a phone
  • You signed into the account using a different email address than what your account is associated with

Additional Notes

If the email you are using to login with does not show your currently active phone and you are not sure what email address should be used, please open a help ticket or in your existing ticket, provide the following information:

  • The full name as listed on the account
  • The 10 digit Republic Wireless phone number
  • The MEID/IMEI number of a device on the account
  • Your billing zip code currently listed on the account
  • The last 4 digits of billing credit card currently listed on the account
