My Order Says Canceled


  • Payments fail and won't process
  • Order shows as canceled
  • Received an email from Republic Wireless stating that the order has been automatically canceled


  • Republic Wireless Account


  1. Contact your financial institution to determine why the transaction failed
  2. Replace the order


The financial institution that issued the card blocked the transaction, causing an error

You can use a different method of payment by updating your payment information

Once an order fails in our system, it is essentially dead and can no longer be pushed through. You will need to replace the order. If My Order Did Not Process, Will I Still Be Charged?
