Objective
- To cancel an order that has a back-ordered item
Environment
- Republic Wireless My Account Portal
Procedure
- Sign into your Account Portal
- Click Orders, Payments, & Returns
- Click on the order that has been back-ordered
- Click Cancel
Additional Notes
If you have multiple items in your order and only one item is on back order, your entire order will be placed in back order status. Once the order is canceled you can then place a new order without the item causing the delay.
