(Archived) How to Reactivate Service with Same Phone Number Within 30 Days of Account Cancellation for Non-Payment



  • Re-activate service and keep prior phone number within 30 days of account cancellation for non payment 


  • Canceled Republic Wireless phone


  1. Update payment information to pay past due balance
  2. Activate phone using Republic Wireless app as a new line of service using same account
  3. Create support ticket with Republic Help to request previously used phone number be added back to phone

Additional Notes

Defy XT can not be reactivated

Phone must be reactivated within 30 days of cancellation to be able  to have previously used number added back to phone
