How to Chat with a Live Agent

Objective

  • Communicate with a chat agent

Environment

Procedure

On the computer:

  1. Go to the Online Help Center
  2. Click the green Sign In button under “Contact Us”
  3. Login
  4. Click the green "Chat with us" button located at the bottom middle of your screen
  5. Fill in Name, Email address, phone information, and your inquiry
  6. Click Start The Chat

On the phone:

  1. Open the Republic app
  2. Tap on the Settings 
  3. Tap on Manage Account
  4. Scroll down, tap on Get Help under Help
  5. Scroll down and click the green "Sign In" button under "Contact Us"
  6. Login
  7. Click the green "Chat with us" button located at the bottom middle of your screen
  8. Fill in Name, Email address, phone information, and your inquiry
  9. Click Start The Chat

Live Chat is available 7 days a week from 9 am to 9 pm Eastern time zone

Under the Chat With Us column, the estimated time for a chat opportunity is shown
