Why Can't You Transfer in My Number?

Environment

  • Transferring a number to Republic Wireless
  • My Account Portal
  • Number Check
  • Message "Sorry, can't transfer that number"

Answer

In some cases we are not able to port in a number due to geographic location.  We do not have a rate center where the number originates.

Additional Notes

  • If you have already submitted a port order for your number then you will see this message populate because an order already exists.
  • If you would like confirmation of this message then please issue a Help Ticket.
