  1. Open the Microsoft Outlook app
  2. log in if prompted
  3. Tap your support ticket email with Republic Help
  4. Tap the single arrow at the bottom left of the screen
  5. Tap the paperclip icon
  6. Tap Choose from photos
  7. Tap the screenshot you wish to send
  8. Tap the send icon at the top right of the screen
