Unable to Access LTE Network, Only 3G on Moto G4 Using CDMA SIM Card

Symptoms

  • Only able to access 3G network, even when in excellent coverage

Environment

  • Moto G4 using a CDMA SIM card

Resolution

Perform a custom factory reset

Additional Notes

If you are unable to access LTE after performing the Custom Factory Reset, please open a Help Ticket.
