Will You Notify Me When You Have Received My Defective Phone?



Once we have received your defective phone, we will review it for any missing items or damages based on the list of charges and deduct that amount from your refund based on the level your phone falls into. After we have reviewed your phone, you will receive an email letting you know what refund amount you are eligible for.
