Why Are No Phones Showing Under "Phone" When I Purchased New Phones?

Answer

When you first purchase a phone with Republic Wireless you will not see it show up in the Phones section of your account portal. This space is only reserved for activated phones. Prior to activation, you will be able to review your purchase in the Orders, Payments & Returns section. Here, you can review the details and status of your order. Once you've received and activated your phone you will see it appear in the Phones tab of your portal.  If your phone is deactivated, it will not be visible in this space.
