How to Check Your Coverage Since Upgrading to 3.0

Objective

  • Determine if there is a change in coverage from previous CDMA phone 

Environment

  • Republic 3.0 phones on GSM

Procedure

  1. Gather three exact physical street addresses where you use your phone the most
  2. If you are not already working with Republic Help then please open a Help Ticket regarding your drop in coverage since upgrading.  If you have an existing Help Ticket, please reply back with the requested information.
