Why Didn't My Service Credits Apply to My Bill?

Answer

If the invoice shows a line item for Service Credit, your credit applied correctly to your account balance even though it is not showing as applied to your account balance. Once a payment is processed, the credit will be applied towards the next invoice.

Additional Notes

This is an internal system issue that we are currently working to correct.
