How to Find the Device ID for an Activated Phone that Won't Turn On


  • Find the IMEI, or Device ID, of a Republic Wireless phone that will not turn on



  1. Go to the Republic Wireless website
  2. Click Sign In at the top-right of the screen
  3. Log in using your Republic Wireless credentials
  4. Click the Account Tab at the top of the screen
  5. Click the Phone tab to the left of the screen
  6. Scroll until the affected phone number is visible
  7. The Device ID is in grey right above the Phone number
  8. If working with Republic Help, copy and paste the Device ID into your open Help Ticket 

Additional Notes

You can also locate the Device ID on the box the phone came in.
