Why Don't I Have the Option to View Calls and Messages for Some Phones on My Account?

Environment

  • Republic Wireless account

Answer

If some of the service lines on your account are assigned to other users, you will not be able to view the call and message history of those phones on your Republic Wireless account. Only the assigned user can see call and message history for their phone.

Additional Notes

The assigned user can log into the Republic Wireless account with their email and password to view their call and message history.

The owner of the account can see call and message history if you remove the user.
