  1. Open a Help ticket or reply to your existing ticket
  2. Confirm the MEID of the phone
  3. Confirm the ICCID of the SIM card
  4. Confirm your shipping address

Once Republic Help has this information, we can get a compatible SIM card shipped to you.


SIM cards sold from the Republic Online Store are intended for newer released phones, and are not compatible with Republic Wireless 1.0 or 2.0 phones.
