How to Assign a User to a Phone


  • To have owner assign a user account to a service line


  • Republic Wireless Account Portal
  • Account owner


Only the account owner can perform the following steps

  1. Login to the Account Portal
  2. Scroll to the Phone you want to assign a user to
  3. Under Manage Line, click Assign This Phone
  4. Enter the First Name, Last Name, and Email into the matching fields
  5. Click Assign User
  6. Once you click Assign User, we'll send your user an email with instructions on how to access their account
    • Note: If you don't receive the email with instructions, create a password by resetting it using the email address the Owner listed when assigning the User. Then you should be able to login to the Account Portal using the new password and email.

Additional Notes

Assigned Users will have access to the following:

  • Change the name and email address associated with their service line
  • Request a Number Transfer
  • View their usage and call history
  • Open Help Tickets
  • Troubleshoot issues on their phone
  • Request to bulk delete their voicemails (for their service line only)
  • Log in to Anywhere on additional computers, tablets, or phones

Assigned Users cannot do the following:

  • View or Change billing information
  • Cancel a service line
  • Place an order
  • Change their plan or phone number
  • Activate new phone on the Account
  • Give permission for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
