Answer

A My Choice GSM SIM card is identified by a 19-digit ICCID starting with 89012 and the SKU RWTRIPLESIM

A My Choice CDMA SIM card is identified by a 20-digit ICCID starting with either 89011 or 89312 and one of the following SKUs:

  • CZ601001Q ('C2' printed on the SIM)

Additional Notes

If the SIM card is already installed in your phone, you can verify the SIM type in your Republic app (Republic app version 3.21 and above)

You can also look at the color of the text on the SIM card. If the "Republic" text is gray, it's CDMA. If the "Republic" text has green in it, it's GSM.
