Can't Call, Text, or Use Data with my Moto X Pure

Symptoms

  • Unable to call on both WiFi and cellular
  • Unable to text on both WiFi and cellular
  • Unable to use cellular data

Environment

  • Moto X Pure Edition
  • CDMA

Resolution

  1. Refresh the Republic Wireless Activation
  2. Update the Data Profile on the phone

Additional Notes

The second step, Update the Data Profile, is only possible with phones active on our CDMA network.
