How to Attach a Screenshot to Your Help Ticket with the Gmail App

Objective

  • To attach a screenshot to your Help ticket

Environment

Procedure

  1. On the phone in question, open the Gmail app
  2. Tap on the last email received from Republic Help 
  3. Reply to the email
  4. Tap on the paper-clip icon
  5. Tap Attach file
    • Note: this will open your Recent pictures
  6. Tap on the screenshot to attach it to the email
  7. Type any needed information into the email 
  8. Send the email
