  1. Call T-Mobile 877-453-1304 or visit a store to get your PIN
    • T-Mobile Prepaid phone PIN is 4 digits used when calling customer service
    • T-Mobile Postpaid phone PIN can be either 4 digits or 6 digits
  2. Log into your online portal and correct the PIN number on your transfer request


  • If you are unable to make the correction by logging into your online portal then please reply back to the exception message you received from Republic Wireless and a Porting Agent will update the port order on your behalf. 
  • T-Mobile rejected the port order due to an invalid PIN
