- Open Help ticket
Procedure
- Open the Republic app
- Tap the cell bars icon at the top-left of the screen
- Tap the white rectangle that says See where your data is going
- For Alcatel, tap cell data used
- Take a screenshot of this page
- Note: It may require more than one screenshot to capture all of the information on this page
- Open phone Settings app
- Tap Data usage
- Tap Cellular data usage
- If running Android 8.1 Oreo, tap Mobile data usage
- Take a screenshot of this page
- Note: It may require more than one screenshot to capture all of the information on this page
- Attach screenshots to your ticket through the Gmail app, the Outlook app, the Yahoo app, or your preferred email app

- The billing cycle date listed in the phone settings needs to match the billing cycle date in the Republic app. For more information, see:

- The data usage page will have data usage broken down by app and by date. The top part breaks it down by date, and the bottom part breaks it down by app. Both sections are helpful in determining the cause of cellular data usage.
