(Archived) How to Change Your Plan on a 3.0 Phone

Objective

  • To change your plan

Environment

Procedure

  1. Open the Republic Wireless app
  2. Tap Manage My Data (green circle with white plus sign inside)
  3. Sign into your Republic Wireless account
  4. Tap the opposite arrows to Change monthly data
  5. Tap the + or - icon to adjust how much data you'd like to purchase
  6. Tap REVIEW ORDER
  7. CONFIRM the plan upgrade
    • Note: Plan upgrades occur immediately, and plan downgrades occur on your next billing cycle date

Additional Notes

  • You'll need to have access to a data connection in order to change plans
  • Only account owners can change plans
  • Your billing cycle date remains the same when changing plans
  • If you submit a plan change on your billing cycle date it'll occur on your next cycle date
