- Reset network settings
- Huawei Ascend 5W
- Open Settings app
- Tap Advanced Settings
- Tap Backup & Reset
- Tap Network Settings Reset
- Tap Network Settings Reset again
- Note: If prompted, enter your PIN, password or pattern
- Tap Network Settings Reset once more to confirm
Reconnect any previously saved network connections after completing this step.
